Hyundai has revealed official sketches of the 2020 Creta's interior and it seems to be noticeably different from the China spec 2020 Hyundai ix25. The first major difference and an obvious let down is the absence of the gigantic portrait touchscreen panel, instead, the Indian SUV gets a conventional infotainment system and climate control panel. However, the infotainment system's horizontal display looks quite large which has gotten our hopes up.
The central air-vents inside the Creta are of the same orientation as the ix25, but the outer-end air vents are vertical. Also, the fully digital instrument cluster in the Indian model is a different unit. It can also be seen in the images that the 2020 Hyundai Creta will use an aircraft-style gearshift lever, probably the same unit as the 2020 Hyundai ix25 in the configuration including an automatic transmission. The differently designed steering wheel seems to be the same unit found inside the next-gen Hyundai i20.[gallery size="full" ids="15534,15535"]The second-gen Hyundai Creta will be powered by a 140 bhp 1.4-liter turbocharged petrol or a 115 bhp 1.5-liter petrol and a 115 bhp 1.5-liter turbocharged diesel engines with transmission options that include a 6-speed manual transmission, a CVT and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) as well.
